Tuna Boats

For a quick and easy light meal or snack, these Tuna Boats are a great choice! They’re low carb, high in protein, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free and can be whipped up in just a couple of minutes.

Serving size 1


  • 100g/3.5oz tin of tuna
  • 6 baby cos/romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes


  1. In a small bowl mix the tuna and mayonnaise
  2. Place a spoonful in each of the lettuce leaves
  3. Top with chopped parsley leaves and chilli and enjoy!
