- 6 baby cos/romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp parsley
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- In a small bowl mix the tuna and mayonnaise
- Place a spoonful in each of the lettuce leaves
- Top with chopped parsley leaves and chilli and enjoy!
