Totally Tahini Celery

For New Year’s Eve my husband and I had a cozy night at home with our 3-year-old son. We decided to make a bunch of fun appetizers instead of making a big dinner. This celery appetizer is quick to make and requires just 4 ingredients.

Servings: 2
Serving size: 2 pieces of celery

Ingredients:

  • 2 large celery stalks cut in half
  • ¼ cup tahini sauce
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine tahini sauce and feta cheese
  2. Using a small spoon or small spatula, fill celery with tahini sauce and feta cheese
  3. Top with pine nuts
