Sunbutter Cookies

Low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg

Makes 16 Servings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Shape cookie dough into balls (about 1 tablespoon for each cookie)
  4. Place cookies on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Flatten cookies (gently) with a fork
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 -14 minutes
  7. Enjoy!!
