Sunbutter Cookies
Low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
Makes 16 Servings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Shape cookie dough into balls (about 1 tablespoon for each cookie)
- Place cookies on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Flatten cookies (gently) with a fork
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 -14 minutes
- Enjoy!!
