Street Style Shrimp Tacos

These shrimp tacos are perfect to make if you are short on time.


  • 2 mini corn tortillas
  • 2 tbs. mini frozen cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup shredded kale
  • 2 tsp. salsa
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Makes 1 serving


  1. In a medium sized pan, fry kale and shrimp in olive oil until the mini shrimp are warm, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Heat mini corn tortillas on a skillet until warm, then top with heated mixture.
  3. Top each tortilla with salsa and serve.
