Street Style Shrimp Tacos
These shrimp tacos are perfect to make if you are short on time.
Ingredients
- 2 mini corn tortillas
- 2 tbs. mini frozen cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup shredded kale
- 2 tsp. salsa
- 1 tbs olive oil
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- In a medium sized pan, fry kale and shrimp in olive oil until the mini shrimp are warm, about 5-7 minutes.
- Heat mini corn tortillas on a skillet until warm, then top with heated mixture.
- Top each tortilla with salsa and serve.
