- 1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 8 oz. shrimp
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 bag fresh spinach
- Using a medium size skillet, heat olive oil and soy sauce on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes
