Shrimp Avocado Cucumber Bites

An easy appetizer for a fun weekend!

Makes 3 servings (3 bites per serving)

Ingredients for shrimp avocado cucumber bites

  • 1/4 cucumber (9 slices)
  • 4.5 tsp guacamole
  • 9 pieces of cooked shrimp

Directions for shrimp avocado cucumber bites

  1. On a cutting board, slice cucumber into even slices. You should have 9.
  2. Spread 1/2 tsp of guacamole onto each cucumber slice.
  3. Top each cucumber slice with a piece of shrimp.

    Sounds very good. I love shrimp of all sorts and also cucumbers as well. Never tried the other ingredient before though. Gotta send this to FB so family and friends can see. Thanks for the post.
