Ingredients for shrimp avocado cucumber bites
- 1/4 cucumber (9 slices)
- 4.5 tsp guacamole
- 9 pieces of cooked shrimp
Directions for shrimp avocado cucumber bites
- On a cutting board, slice cucumber into even slices. You should have 9.
- Spread 1/2 tsp of guacamole onto each cucumber slice.
- Top each cucumber slice with a piece of shrimp.
