Shredded Chicken Sandwich
Here's my take on an open faced tuna sandwich.
Ingredients
- 4 mini bagels
- 1 can chicken breast, packed in water (12.5 oz)
- 1 tbs. relish
- 2 tbs. mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
Makes 8 servings
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add chicken, relish, mayo, salt and pepper.
- Pull apart chicken with fork and mix until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Toast bagels, then add chicken topping on each bagel.
