Salmon snap pea side dish

Need a side dish when you invite friends over or are having a potluck? Look no further.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Santa Maria style seasoning to taste

Makes 1 serving

Directions

  1. On a medium sized pan, cook snap peas, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add salmon with Santa Maria style seasoning and mix together.
  3. To heat salmon, add it to the medium size pan and mix together with the snap peas.
