Salmon Dip

This is one of my simple go to recipes for when I need a dip to serve to guests in a flash! I generally have all the ingredients in my house which makes it super easy to whip up in a just a few minutes.

It also works really well as a salad dressing or add a dollop to a serving of roast vegetables, plus its gluten free and dairy free.

Makes about ¾ cup
Serves 6
Serving Size 2 tbs

Ingredients

  • 100g/3.5oz tinned salmon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs chives
  • 1 tsp dried dill

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Whizz until combined and serve with some veggie sticks for a tasty snack!
