Salmon Bowl
Switch things up and serve dinner in a bowl which includes salmon, corn and avocados!

Serving size 1/2 salmon filet
Ingredients for salmon bowl
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 2 salmon fillet
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions for salmon bowl
- In a frying pan, fry salmon, then using a fork, shred into pieces.
- On a cutting board, dice tomatoes and slice avocado.
- In each bowl, layer salmon, tomatoes, corn, quinoa and avocado evenly, then serve.
