Serving size: 1 whole assembled wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla (I used Tumaro’s ® Garden Veggie Wrap)
  • 2 tbsp garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup arugula

Directions

  1. Assemble the wrap.
  2. Start with spreading cream cheese all the way to the edges of the wrap.
  3. Then add arugula and tomatoes on top.
  4. Roll tightly and cut into small slices.
  5. Arrange on a plate.
  6. Serve and eat immediately or refrigerate until serving.
