  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 slice ham
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • salt and pepper to taste

Makes 1 serving


  1. Hard boil two eggs.
  2. Slice the celery into 4 inch pieces.
  3. Slice cucumber into thin slices.
  4. Fold ham on the plate and add the rest of the veggies around it.
  5. Slice the hard boiled egg in half, then top with salt and pepper.
