Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 slice ham
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- Hard boil two eggs.
- Slice the celery into 4 inch pieces.
- Slice cucumber into thin slices.
- Fold ham on the plate and add the rest of the veggies around it.
- Slice the hard boiled egg in half, then top with salt and pepper.
