Protein Bliss Shake

This shake is a great option if you don’t have time to sit down for breakfast in morning. The protein and fiber in this recipe will help to keep you satisfied until lunch time.

  • 6 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (no yolk)
  • ½ packet Splenda


  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Enjoy!
