Kale Avocado Chickpea Salad

- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 2 tbsp avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Add one cup of chopped kale to a bowl, then add the chickpeas.
- On a cutting board, slice avocado, then add to salad.
- Top with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
