Homemade Russian Kotlety

These turkey meat patties are great for meal prepping for later on in the week.


  • 1.5 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp peper
  • 2 tbs teriyaki ginger sauce
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Makes 8-10 servings


  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, garlic powder, salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce and egg.
  2. In a small food processor, mince carrots and kale, then add to the ground turkey meat.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan.
  4. Make small round 2 inch meat patties. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping them over to ensure that both sides are cooked.
