Ingredients for garlic mushroom cauliflower skillet
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp tyme
- 1/2 tsp dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions for garlic mushroom cauliflower skillet
- On a cutting board, chop cauliflower into florets.
- Add chopped cauliflower and mushrooms into a large skillet with olive oil. Add chicken broth and seasoning, then simmer for 30 minutes until the cauliflower becomes soft.
