Ingredients for garlic mushroom cauliflower skillet

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp tyme
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions for garlic mushroom cauliflower skillet

  1. On a cutting board, chop cauliflower into florets.
  2. Add chopped cauliflower and mushrooms into a large skillet with olive oil. Add chicken broth and seasoning, then simmer for 30 minutes until the cauliflower becomes soft.
