Frozen Banana Soft Serve

Are you ready for a tasty, creamy, rich and delicious frozen treat that's easy enough to make right at home? Don't be scared if you don't care for banana flavors, this tastes much more like vanilla soft serve and isn't overly banana-y at all...delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana (yep, that's it)

Directions

  1. Peel bananas, cut them into thirds {so they're easier to process} and freeze in a resealable plastic bag or freezer-safe glassware
  2. Once frozen SOLID (at least overnight), place 1 banana (or 1 banana worth of pieces if you cut them for freezing) in a food processor.
  3. Pulse the processor a few times then scrape down the sides. Continue processing for about 30 seconds-1 minute, scrapping down the sides as needed.
  4. Watch and you'll see when the bananas break down and start to puree. Once it's smooth, let it go for another few seconds to get it really whipped and creamy but still thick. Don't over mix.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
  6. This is a great dessert option for Gluten-free, Dairy-free, RAW and Vegan diets!
