Farmers market breakfast
Top your toast with fresh tomatoes and eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- Toast bread in toaster.
- On a cutting board, slice tomatoes and avocado.
- In a small pan, cook egg in olive oil and flip over once the top begins to get white.
- Add avocado, tomatoes and egg on top of your toast and enjoy
