Farmers market breakfast

Top your toast with fresh tomatoes and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Makes 1 serving

Directions

  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. On a cutting board, slice tomatoes and avocado.
  3. In a small pan, cook egg in olive oil and flip over once the top begins to get white.
  4. Add avocado, tomatoes and egg on top of your toast and enjoy
