Everything Bagel Imitation

While sticking to a gluten-free diet myself, I've missed eating everything bagels. If you have everything bagel seasoning, feel free to top the cream cheese with it. If not, then go ahead and follow this recipe.

Makes 2 servings
Serving size: 3 cut celery sticks
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for everything bagel imitation

  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese

Directions for everything bagel imitation

  1. After washing celery, cut each piece into 3 pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and mix together.
  3. Measure out cream cheese, put it on a plate, and start filling the celery sticks with equal amounts of cream cheese.
  4. Top cream cheese with the prepared seasoning and serve.
