Egg Tofu Scramble

For some extra protein and flavor, add some teriyaki tofu to your egg scramble!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cube Nasoya Teriyaki Tofu
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Makes 1 servings


  1. On a cutting board, cube the tofu and dice mushrooms.
  2. In a medium sized pan, fry tofu, spinach and mushrooms in coconut oil.
  3. In a separate pan, scramble eggs after coating the pan with coconut oil.
  4. Combine eggs with mushrooms, spinach and tofu, then add salt and pepper to taste.
