Edamame Stir Fry

- ½ cup ground soy meat
- ½ cup riced cauliflower
- ¼ cup shelled edamame
- 1 tsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Heat olive oil, lite soy sauce, and riced cauliflower on skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add in ground soy meat and shelled edamame
- Stir ingredients until well combined
- Continue to heat mixture on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes
