Edamame Stir Fry

  • ½ cup ground soy meat
  • ½ cup riced cauliflower
  • ¼ cup shelled edamame
  • 1 tsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil, lite soy sauce, and riced cauliflower on skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes
  2. Add in ground soy meat and shelled edamame
  3. Stir ingredients until well combined
  4. Continue to heat mixture on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
