Crockpot Sundried Tomato Chicken
As the weather starts to cool down, we start looking for meals to warm us up. I love this recipe because it is so easy to throw into the crockpot and enjoy later!

Makes 4 servings
- 8 artichoke hearts
- 8 sundried tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Place all ingredients together in a crockpot
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours. Cooking times may vary based on equipment used
