Coffee Popsicle Poppers

Keep these in the freezer and take out when you need a bit of a caffeine punch.

Makes 2 servings (3 poppers per serving)

Ingredients for coffee popsicle poppers

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • 1.5 tsp instant coffee

Directions for coffee popsicle poppers

  1. Add a splash of water to the instant coffee mix.
  2. Add the coffee mix to the coconut milk and stir to mix evenly.
  3. Pour entire mixture into fun ice cube trays, then freeze.
