Coffee Popsicle Poppers
Keep these in the freezer and take out when you need a bit of a caffeine punch.
Makes 2 servings (3 poppers per serving)
Ingredients for coffee popsicle poppers
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
- 1.5 tsp instant coffee
Directions for coffee popsicle poppers
- Add a splash of water to the instant coffee mix.
- Add the coffee mix to the coconut milk and stir to mix evenly.
- Pour entire mixture into fun ice cube trays, then freeze.
