Coconut Vanilla Latte

This is a creamy and delicious alternative to your typical milk latte. By adjusting the ratios and substituting decadent coconut milk you end up with a tasty latte that can be served hot or iced.


  • 3 cups brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of ground cinnamon

Makes 3


  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 full minute until frothy.
  2. Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired
  3. Tips: Make ahead and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Or store in pre-portioned mason jars with lids, just give it a shake and enjoy your iced latte to-go.

Notes: Use Light Coconut Milk for this recipe, which can be found in a can in the health or international food isle at the grocery store. Shake well before using. Remaining contents of can can be stored in the fridge.
