Chocolate Bark

With only 7 grams of carb per serving, there is no need to feel guilty about enjoying this dessert. Cocoa, cashews, and walnuts come together to make a chocolate treat with just the right amount of crunch.

Serving size: 1 square

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 2 oz almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 2 tbsp crushed cashews
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened

Directions:

  1. Combine cocoa powder, almond milk, coconut oil, Truvia, and vanilla extract in a microwave safe bowl
  2. Heat ingredients in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds
  3. Remove bowl from microwave and stir ingredients
  4. Heat ingredients in microwave for another 15-20 seconds
  5. Remove bowl from microwave and stir ingredients
  6. Mix in walnuts, cashews, and coconut
  7. Place 8” by 8” sheet of parchment paper on plate
  8. Pour mixture onto parchment paper
  9. Place bark into freezer for 1-2 hours (until solid)
  10. Break bark into 4 equal pieces. Enjoy cold!
