- 2 baby bell peppers
- 2 tbsp chili
- 2 tbsp corn
Directions:
- Combine chili and corn
- Heat in microwave for 10-15 seconds
- Clean baby bell peppers and remove the top of pepper and seeds
- Scoop mixture into each baby bell pepper
- Enjoy!
