Chicken Hummus Wraps

Craving a tangy roll up? This definitely fits the bill. Comparable to a chicken shawarma sandwich at your favorite Mediterranean restaurant, this sandwich is such a crowd pleaser for kids and adults! Serve with some sautéed vegetables or a nice green salad. For an even lower carb version, try it on a lettuce wrap!

Makes one serving

Ingredients

  • 1 low carbohydrate wrap such as Flatout ® Light Wraps
  • 3 slices dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp hummus, I used original flavor but any flavor would work
  • ½ cup chopped grilled or baked chicken breast

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on tortilla.
  2. Add chicken and pickles.
  3. Roll up and enjoy!
