Chicken Hummus Wraps
Craving a tangy roll up? This definitely fits the bill. Comparable to a chicken shawarma sandwich at your favorite Mediterranean restaurant, this sandwich is such a crowd pleaser for kids and adults! Serve with some sautéed vegetables or a nice green salad. For an even lower carb version, try it on a lettuce wrap!

Ingredients
- 1 low carbohydrate wrap such as Flatout ® Light Wraps
- 3 slices dill pickles
- 2 tbsp hummus, I used original flavor but any flavor would work
- ½ cup chopped grilled or baked chicken breast
Directions
- Spread hummus on tortilla.
- Add chicken and pickles.
- Roll up and enjoy!
