Cheesy Bread
This take on cheese on toast, a popular dish in the United Kingdom, has an addition of egg, which adds more protein.
Ingredients
- 1 slice bread, toasted
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs. parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- Toast bread.
- While the bread is in the toaster, cook egg in olive oil sunny side up.
- Add parmesan cheese while egg is cooking and wait until it melts slightly.
- Add egg with melted cheese on top of toasted bread.
