Toasted Cheese, Avocado and Kale Sandwich

Ingredients for toasted cheese, avocado and kale sandwich

  • 2 slices low carb bread (Dave’s Killer Bread Thin-Sliced® was used in this recipe)
  • ¼ avocado, mashed
  • 1 slice cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh kale

Directions for toasted cheese, avocado and kale sandwich

  1. Place cheese on one slice of bread and put slices face up into toaster oven (or conventional oven at 400°F) until cheese is melted.
  2. Remove and add avocado and kale.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
