- 2 slices low carb bread (Dave’s Killer Bread Thin-Sliced® was used in this recipe)
- ¼ avocado, mashed
- 1 slice cheese
- ¼ cup fresh kale
Directions for toasted cheese, avocado and kale sandwich
- Place cheese on one slice of bread and put slices face up into toaster oven (or conventional oven at 400°F) until cheese is melted.
- Remove and add avocado and kale.
- Enjoy immediately!
