Here’s a new take on an old childhood snack! My kids love this because they think cashews are “rainbow nuts” due to their curved shape. I love it because it’s high in protein to give them energy without slowing them down! Try this quick recipe for your next low-carbohydrate snack.

Ingredients for cashew celery sticks

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/8 cup cashews

Directions for cashew celery sticks

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly inside celery stalks.
  2. Place cashews on top as desired.
  3. Eat immediately!
