Berries and Chia Seeds Smoothie

Serving size: ¾ cup
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup prune juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 packet Splenda
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until all ingredients are well combined
