Baked Zucchini Crisps

Try baking these zucchini crisps instead of chips. So delicious and satisfying!

  • 1 medium sized zucchini
  • 1 tbs lemon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Makes 1 serving


  1. Preheat oven to 220F.
  2. On a cutting board, thinly slice 1 zucchini and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Using a brush, brush the sliced zucchini with olive oil then sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake zucchini in the oven for 2.5 hours, until they become crispy.
  5. Once the zucchini have cooked, remove them from parchment paper and serve.
