Bagel lunch

Need to make a quick lunch for yourself or the kids? Make an open faced sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Half of a mini bagel
  • 2 slices of lunchmeat
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 3 bread and butter pickle chips

Makes 1 serving

Directions

  1. Toast bagel.
  2. Once the bagel has been toasted, layer lunchmeat, cheese and pickles on top.
