Avocado Mandarin Salad
Spring here we come! Enjoy this spring salad as an appetizer or as an afternoon snack.
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbs. pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 mandarin orange
Makes 1 serving
- Slice half of an avocado and arrange on a plate in a flower shape.
- Place mandarin orange slices around the avocado slices.
- Add pumpkin seeds to the middle of the salad.
