Avocado Dip

This avocado dip recipe is simple little tangy dip to enjoy with a few veggie sticks or use as a salad dressing. If you don't have a food processor, try using a blender or even mash the ingredients well with a fork. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days.

Ingredients for avocado dip

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

Directions for avocado dip

  1. Remove the skin and pip from the avocado.
  2. Place the avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor.
  3. Blitz until smooth.
  4. Top with the chives and enjoy!
