At-Home Pumpkin Spice Latte
Is there anything else that puts you more in the mood for Fall than all the pumpkins? Pumpkins on the porch, pumpkin candles, pumpkin pie and pumpkin flavored coffee drinks are a sure way to welcome the season. Try this recipe at home for an instant step into Autumn.
Ingredients:
- 1 shot espresso (you can also use ½ cup of coffee)
- 1 cup milk, steamed or heated in microwave
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- dash of ginger
- 1 packet Splenda®
Directions
- Mix pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and Splenda® in bottom of cup
- Add hot espresso (or coffee) and stir
- Pour milk on top
- Enjoy immediately!
