After Work Snack

It’s tempting to grab something and microwave it after work. Instead, throw this simple snack plate together to get some protein, carbohydrates and veggies into your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium red tomato
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 2 slices turkey lunchmeat
  • 10 tater tots

Makes 1 serving

Directions

  1. Heat tater tots in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  2. Slice avocado and tomato.
  3. Assemble lunchmeat, avocado and tomato on a plate.
